Using the look and feel of analog audio engineering and production equipment, the site, showcasing the music of Team-SoniK, reflects the process by which the music itself is created. In addition to the listenable & downloadable tracks, are wav file sample downloads and various info pages.

Organic shapes juxtaposed with textual and angular imagery found in scientific illustrations and documentation, this piece was very involving, and equally rewarding. Created using 3D Studio Max and importing the renders into Photoshop.

Entitled "Shifting Focus", the third version of Creative Lab Design Studio's site was demonstrative of the change from artist to designer, with the focus being on functionality and purpose, rather than eye candy which had been the case with previous versions.

Opening Day Entertainment decided to revamp Zoë Bentley's website to more accuratedly reflect the professionally maturing personality of their Artist. The challenge was to create a raw urban feel, while maintaining a warm and welcoming web presence.

With the company wanting to keep their information legible and organized, but at the same time interesting to look at, the solution became the juxtaposition between organic colours and artificial steel, wires, and trim, etc. A very exciting project.

An alt-rock band from Florida, this website needed flair, but demanded organization. The content ranged from image and audio downloads, to member biographies and show dates. Highlights include: stripped-down browser window for full screen content, and embedded audio in pop-up windows.

A manufacturing & distributing co. that deals in agricultural equipment across 10 countries, they needed a flagship website that not only showcased their products, but also described their company process, as well as offering a secure client area and support pages. All in French, English and Spanish.

Using the internet as a tool for finding clients of their own, the company wanted a site that was artistic and stylish. With the use of Flash and Javascript, it was possible to remove the tool/menu bars and make space for the imagery and textual content, viewable at 1024x768, as chosen by the client.

Dealing in health products and holistic preventative medicine, the company required a signup form to be included in their email newsletter. They wanted something that implied good health while keeping with a current design-style that appealed to a target audience of 18 - 34 yrs old.

A real jump from ver.1, this "edition" of the Creative Lab website included a secure ftp login, an audio panel of self-made tracks, a choice between the HTML and Flash versions for users, and a feel which better suited the clients Creative Lab was attracting at the time.

Wanting something symbolic of leaps in technology, while at the same time denoting the ability to take a project and follow it through from beginning to end, all without leaving the office to outsource any part of it, they were more than pleased with the result.

The client was looking for two very separate designs: 1 that would be used for banners, affiliate links, and anywhere they could online. The other was to be used on letterhead, business cards, and other print media collateral. Keeping the logo motif itself very simple, the goal was versatility in branding.

After getting feedback from the Team, it became clear that they wanted a logo which personified their gaming style and also had to "look really cool". We agreed that a Graffiti style, but with a 3rd dimension to it, would be the best way to make the logo fitting, and effective.

Wanting a logo that demonstrated speed and versatility, along with power, through a "character symbol" that could be taken further at a later point in animations, or cartoon form. They were pleased that the logo appeared halfway between 2D & 3D, allowing them to take it either way when necessary.

This piece is a play on words. Science-fiction has become so involved and strangely plausible in this day and age, this imagery illustrates that there is a very fine line between science and fiction.

This work was a study to see what would happen when hardware was combined with organic human physicality. It quickly became an editorial on the philosophical concept that, in cloning, we aren't as much playing god, as we are removing, to a certain extent, a distinction of this omnipotent religious icon.

Playing around with an image of a small inobtrusive lady-bug, the hypothesizing began of "What would happen if a tiny organism had to adapt to an ecosystem that no longer gave it any protections?" The image shows this idea put to the test. Let's hope it never happens.

Illustrating how drafting plans and blueprints can be considered art. Using the same look and feel as said imagery, but adding some three-dimensional imagery, this piece was given the necessary depth to appear somewhat different from the plans themselves.

Multi-National Corporations are eating away at our earth, seemingly with no regard for its long-term effects on local eco-systems, the tagline of this desktop wallpaper is "Please keep destroying my home."

Using 3DStudioMax, the initial shapes were created, then exported to photoshop, where the final design was conceived. Conjuring an impression of some abstract desert structure, as seen through some sort of enhanced vision-ware.

Originally a concept for a party flyer, it has since been taken further, to become its own art piece. 3DStudioMax was used for the space ships, along with some screenshots from an audio-editing program, brought together with photoshop. The robots are coming!
